Carl Lerche	d91c775f36	Remove dead futures2 code. (#538) ... The futures 0.2 crate is not intended for widespread usage. Also, the futures team is exploring the compat shim route. Carl Lerche	3be6b69e1b	Refactor threadpool task types (#300) ... Replaces homegrown Arc with std Arc Is this safer? Unknown. At least we don't have to maintain an arc implementation anymore.
