This allows libraries that require access to reactor related types to depend on this crate without having to depend on the entirety of Tokio. For example, libraries that implement their custom I/O resource will need to access `Registration` or `PollEvented`.

tokio-io
Core I/O abstractions for the Tokio stack.
Usage
First, add this to your Cargo.toml:
[dependencies]
tokio-io = "0.1"
Next, add this to your crate:
extern crate tokio_io;
You can find extensive documentation and examples about how to use this crate online at https://tokio.rs. The API documentation is also a great place to get started for the nitty-gritty.
