Carl Lerche 06c473e628 Update Tokio to use std::future. (#1120) 
A first pass at updating Tokio to use `std::future`.

Implementations of `Future` from the futures crate are updated to implement
`Future` from std. Implementations of `Stream` are moved to a feature flag.

This commits disables a number of crates that have not yet been updated.

These facades were passing back WouldBlock when the internal BiLock
couldn't be acquired, which does not fit the intended behavior.

Carl Lerche 4d514b7eb3 Relicense Tokio exclusively under the MIT license. (#215) 
This patch relicenses the Tokio project exclusively under the MIT
license. Before this, the project was dual licensed under MIT and Apache
2. As such, switching to only MIT is permitted.

Carl Lerche b9db119b45 Move tokio-io into the git repository. (#96) 
The crates remain separate, but are now developed in the same git
repository using cargo workspaces.

This facilitates making coordinated changes.
