David Kellum 39f369f686 v0.1.x: Don't deny warnings (#1368) 
This is just too aggressive for a stable maintenance branch of tokio,
in that new rust release warnings are prooving too hard to fix.

Carl Lerche 1f91a890b4 Fix benches (#188) 
Some of the benchhmarks were broken and/or using deprecated APIs. This
patch updates the benches and requires them all to compile without
warnings in order to pass CI.
